The Benson Hotel

Advanced Contracting Solutions has carried out the refurbishment of levels 4, 8, 9 and 10 of the Benson Hotel in Cairns City, along with the refurbishment works. ACS provides comprehensive service and maintenance to all of the Hotels air conditioning and Refrigeration equipment on site.

Works associated with the refurbishment included upgrading the existing controls system to a new Innotech BMS, supply and installation of new Innotech Omni control modules for each hotel room for  individual control of each rooms chilled water fan coil unit, replacement of the existing fan coil units and associated duct work with new systems, installation of new outside air and exhaust air systems to each room and detailed commissioning of each system.
