While in construction of the new restaurants and bars, ACS were responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of 5 refrigerated walk in rooms, climate controlled wine storage room and air conditioning throughout the restaurants. With ongoing preventative maintenance to all of the many fridges, freezers, ice machines and gelato equipment on site.
